When we receive your order, we will confirm with you either by fax, phone or email at your preference. For security reason, don't send your credit details through email.

Order Policy and Shipping

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and given an approximate in-stock date.

All goods will be shipped from Sydney - Australia, via Australia Post. Most confirmed orders will ship out from our company within 2 business days, but back order may take two weeks to be ready for delivery.

The following is a guideline for the shipping cost:

NSW: Postage charge is AUD 15.00 to AUD 20.00

Other state: Postage charge is AUD 20.00 to AUD 30.00

Purchases over AUD 500.00 will receive free charge of shipment.

Any specific delivery requirements, please advise our office on +61 2 9891 3389. Customer shall be liable to pay the extra costs if the goods were requested to be shipped by other than ordinary freight.

Return Policy

The customer must notify SINIORITA PTY LTD in writing or through www.siniorita.com.au of any damaged products within fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or broken, we will examine the item(s) and then determine if it should be turned in as a claim to our shipping service. Returns will not be honoured if merchandise is altered in any manner, all returned goods must be returned in their original form of packaging. SINIORITA PTY LTD shall not be liable in any circumstances for any defects or damages caused in whole or in part of the product by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper application, repair or alteration. In the event of an exchange, you will also be responsible for shipping charges back to you.
